मृगव्याजेन गहनं प्रविष्टश्चारुलोचने । ततो दृष्टो वने हृद्यो वामदेवाश्रमो मया ॥ २१ ॥

mṛgavyājena gahanaṃ praviṣṭaścārulocane | tato dṛṣṭo vane hṛdyo vāmadevāśramo mayā || 21 ||

ഹേ ചാരുലോചനേ! മൃഗത്തെ പിന്തുടരുന്നെന്ന വ്യാജേന ഞാൻ ഘനവനത്തിലേക്ക് കടന്നു; പിന്നെ ആ വനത്തിൽ വാമദേവന്റെ മനോഹര ആശ്രമം കണ്ടു.
