अत्यन्तं वर्जयेत्तैलं वानप्रस्थसमाश्रमी । व्यवायं वर्जयेच्चैव निद्रालस्ये तथैव च ॥ ८९ ॥
atyantaṃ varjayettailaṃ vānaprasthasamāśramī | vyavāyaṃ varjayeccaiva nidrālasye tathaiva ca || 89 ||
