भवदत्यं विशः प्रोक्तं भिक्षाहरणकं वचः । सांयप्रातर्वह्निकार्यं यथाचारं जितेंद्रियः ॥ २६ ॥

bhavadatyaṃ viśaḥ proktaṃ bhikṣāharaṇakaṃ vacaḥ | sāṃyaprātarvahnikāryaṃ yathācāraṃ jiteṃdriyaḥ || 26 ||

വൈശ്യനു സത്യവചനമാണ് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചത്; ഭിക്ഷ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്ന ശിഷ്ടവാക്കുകളേ പറയണം. ഇന്ദ്രിയജയത്തോടെ ആചാരപ്രകാരം സന്ധ്യയും പ്രഭാതവും അഗ്നികാര്യങ്ങൾ നിർവഹിക്കണം॥২৬॥
