It presents an ideal of dharmic kingship rooted in nitya-karma: purity through tri-sandhya bathing, self-restraint in diet, reverence to guests, and steady performance of homa as a life of disciplined merit.
By emphasizing daily worshipful action—especially homa and honoring guests—the verse frames devotion as consistent sacred service, where ritual and compassion become expressions of reverence to the divine present in dharma.
Kalpa (ritual procedure) is implied through nitya homa and daily duties, and the tri-sandhya/triṣavaṇa discipline reflects time-based observance tied to Vedic daily regimen.
