सायं संगोपनार्थं च त्वदोषो रोषबन्धयोः । पादे चैवास्य रोमाणि द्विपादे श्मश्रु केवलम् ॥ ४९ ॥

sāyaṃ saṃgopanārthaṃ ca tvadoṣo roṣabandhayoḥ | pāde caivāsya romāṇi dvipāde śmaśru kevalam || 49 ||

സന്ധ്യാകാലത്ത് രക്ഷാർത്ഥം ഗോപനം ചെയ്യുന്നത് വിധേയമാണ്; എന്നാൽ നിന്റെ ദോഷം ക്രോധത്തിലും വൈരബന്ധത്തിലും ആകുന്നു. അവന്റെ ദേഹത്തിൽ—പാദങ്ങളിൽ രോമം, ദ്വിപാദനായ മനുഷ്യനിൽ മാത്രം താടി (ശ്മശ്രു) മാത്രം.
