दुःखोपघाते शारीरे मानसे चाप्युपस्थिते । यस्मिन्न शक्यते कर्तुं यत्नस्तन्नानुर्चितयेत् ॥ ९ ॥

ശരീരത്തിലോ മനസ്സിലോ ദുഃഖത്തിന്റെ പ്രഹരം വന്നപ്പോൾ, ആ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ പരിഹാരശ്രമം ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ, അതിനെ വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും മനസ്സിൽ ചിന്തിച്ച് കുഴയരുത്.
