ध्रुवादिति द्विदैवाः स्युरध्यर्द्धांश्चापराः समाः । याम्यशृंगोन्नतो नेष्टः शुभः शुक्ले पिपीलिका ॥ २४ ॥
dhruvāditi dvidaivāḥ syuradhyarddhāṃścāparāḥ samāḥ | yāmyaśṛṃgonnato neṣṭaḥ śubhaḥ śukle pipīlikā || 24 ||
ധ്രുവ മുതൽ ചില ശകുനങ്ങൾ ‘ദ്വിദൈവ’മെന്നു പറയുന്നു; ചിലത് ഒന്നര ഭാഗം സമയത്തിനൊത്ത കാലത്തിൽ ഫലം നൽകുന്നു. വലതു കൊമ്പ് ഉയർത്തിയതു ഇഷ്ടകരമല്ല; എന്നാൽ ശുക്ലപക്ഷത്തിൽ കാണുന്ന ഉറുമ്പ് ശുഭമാണ്.
