पंचरास्यादिकेऽन्योन्यपक्षं कृत्वा फलच्छिदाम् । बहुराशिवधं भक्ते फलं स्वल्पवधेन च ॥ ३८ ॥

Transliteration

paṃcarāsyādike'nyonyapakṣaṃ kṛtvā phalacchidām | bahurāśivadhaṃ bhakte phalaṃ svalpavadhena ca || 38 ||

Translation

പഞ്ചരാശി മുതലായ സംവിധാനങ്ങളിൽ, പരസ്പരവിരുദ്ധ ‘പക്ഷ’ങ്ങളെ ഫലം മുറിച്ചുകളയുന്ന വിധത്തിൽ ക്രമീകരിച്ചാൽ, അനേകം രാശികളുടെ (അശുഭ) സംയോഗഫലം കുറച്ചെണ്ണം മാത്രം നിരസിച്ചാലും നശിപ്പിക്കാം.
