अहारराशौ रूप्यं तु कल्पयेद्धरमप्यथा । अंशाहतिश्छेदघातहृद्भिन्नगुणने फलम् ॥ २५ ॥
ahārarāśau rūpyaṃ tu kalpayeddharamapyathā | aṃśāhatiśchedaghātahṛdbhinnaguṇane phalam || 25 ||
അഹാര-രാശി (ഹരങ്ങളുടെ സമാഹാരം) യിൽ ‘രൂപ്യ’ പദവും കണക്കാക്കണം; അതുപോലെ ‘ധര’ പദവും നിർണ്ണയിക്കണം. അംശങ്ങളുടെ ഗുണനം, ഛേദത്തിന്റെ ഗുണം (ഘാതം), കൂടാതെ മനസ്സിൽ വിഭജിച്ച് ചെയ്യുന്ന കണക്കുകൂട്ടലാൽ ഫലം സിദ്ധമാകുന്നു.
