विभाषयान्यथाभावात्सर्वं सिद्ध्येञ्च वैदिकम् । भूवाद्या धातवो ज्ञेयाः परस्मैपदिनस्स्मृताः ॥ १९ ॥

വിഭാഷ (വൈകല്പിക രൂപങ്ങൾ)യും അന്യഥാ-പ്രയോഗ സാധ്യതയും ഉള്ളതിനാൽ എല്ലാ വൈദിക പ്രയോഗങ്ങളും സിദ്ധം (പ്രാമാണ്യം) ആകുന്നു. ‘ഭൂ’ മുതലായ ധാതുക്കൾ പരസ്മൈപദി (കർതൃപ്രയോഗ) ആണെന്ന് അറിയണം—എന്ന് പരമ്പര പറയുന്നു॥१९॥
