मेदिनी मेदसा व्याप्ता मधुकैटभदैत्ययोः । गोमयेनोपलेप्येयं तदर्थमिति नारद ॥ १५ ॥
medinī medasā vyāptā madhukaiṭabhadaityayoḥ | gomayenopalepyeyaṃ tadarthamiti nārada || 15 ||
മധു–കൈടഭ ദൈത്യന്മാരുടെ മേദസ്സാൽ ഈ ഭൂമി വ്യാപ്തമാണ്; അതിനാൽ ശുദ്ധിയും രക്ഷയും നിമിത്തം ഗോമയത്തോടെ ലേപനം ചെയ്യണം—എന്ന് നാരദൻ പറഞ്ഞു।
