ऋभुरुवाच । ब्रह्मन्यथाहं जानीयां तथा मामवबोधय । अधः सत्त्वविभागं किं किं चोर्द्धमभिधीयते ॥ ७९ ॥
ṛbhuruvāca | brahmanyathāhaṃ jānīyāṃ tathā māmavabodhaya | adhaḥ sattvavibhāgaṃ kiṃ kiṃ corddhamabhidhīyate || 79 ||
ഋഭു പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ ബ്രാഹ്മണാ! ഞാൻ ശരിയായി ഗ്രഹിക്കുവാൻ കഴിയുന്ന വിധത്തിൽ എന്നെ ബോധിപ്പിക്കൂ. ‘താഴെ’ എന്ന സത്ത്വവിഭാഗം എന്ത്, ‘മുകളിൽ’ എന്നു പറയുന്നത് എന്താണ്?
