पूर्वमेव महाभाग कपिलर्षिमहं द्विज । प्रष्टुमभ्युद्यतो गत्वा श्रेयः किंत्वत्र संशये ॥ ७ ॥

pūrvameva mahābhāga kapilarṣimahaṃ dvija | praṣṭumabhyudyato gatvā śreyaḥ kiṃtvatra saṃśaye || 7 ||

ഹേ മഹാഭാഗ ദ്വിജാ! മുമ്പേ ഞാൻ കപില ഋഷിയുടെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു പരമശ്രേയസ് ചോദിക്കുവാൻ ഉദ്യതനായി; എങ്കിലും ഈ വിഷയത്തിൽ എന്റെ സംശയം ഇനിയും മാറിയിട്ടില്ല।
