योगस्वरूप-धारणा-समाधि-वर्णनम् (केशिध्वजोपदेशः)
खाण्डिक्य उवाच । तद् ब्रूहि त्वं महाभाग योगं योगविदुत्तम । विज्ञातयोगशास्त्रार्थस्त्वमस्यां निमिसन्ततौ ॥ २ ॥
khāṇḍikya uvāca | tad brūhi tvaṃ mahābhāga yogaṃ yogaviduttama | vijñātayogaśāstrārthastvamasyāṃ nimisantatau || 2 ||
ഖാണ്ഡിക്യൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അതുകൊണ്ട്, മഹാഭാഗ്യവാനേ, യോഗവിദ്യയിൽ ശ്രേഷ്ഠനേ, ആ യോഗം എനിക്കു ഉപദേശിക്കണമേ. യോഗശാസ്ത്രത്തിന്റെ താത്പര്യം നീ പൂർണ്ണമായി അറിഞ്ഞവൻ; നിമിയുടെ ഈ പരമ്പരയിൽ നീ പ്രമാണമായ മാർഗ്ഗദർശകനാണ്।
