Narada (summarizing the arrangement of topics in this section, in dialogue context with the Sanatkumara tradition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: none
It frames dharma as an ordered teaching: distinct duties are taught systematically, beginning with the Brāhmaṇa discipline, implying that spiritual life is supported by regulated conduct and clarity of roles.
Indirectly: by organizing dharma and conduct, it prepares the practitioner—especially the Brāhmaṇa as a custodian of Veda and worship—for steady sādhana, which in the Purāṇic vision culminates in devotion to Viṣṇu through disciplined life.
The verse signals a technical, categorized exposition (anukrama/structure) of dharma—useful for organizing ritual and conduct; while no single Vedāṅga is named, it aligns with the Smārta-ritual framework that depends on Śikṣā, Vyākaraṇa, and Kalpa for correct practice.
