trivikramacaritrāṃte brahmaproktaḥ stavottamaḥ | prahlādabalisaṃvāde sutale hariśaṃsanam || 12 ||
Narada (content-summary narration, traditionally to the Sanatkumara brothers)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It points readers to two concentrated bhakti-sections: Brahmā’s “supreme hymn” after the Trivikrama account and the Sutala dialogue of Prahlāda and Bali—both presented as exemplary loci for Hari’s praise.
Bhakti is framed as śaṃsana/stavana—active glorification of Hari—through stotra (hymn) and satsamvāda (saintly dialogue), showing devotion expressed in speech, remembrance, and praise.
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught in this verse; it functions as an Anukramaṇikā-style pointer, indexing where key stotras and devotional dialogues are located within the text.
