वश्यकर्मणि बिल्वानां पद्मानां चैव धर्मवित् सुमित्रिया न आप ओषधय इति होमयेत् //

Transliteration

vaśyakarmaṇi bilvānāṃ padmānāṃ caiva dharmavit sumitriyā na āpa oṣadhaya iti homayet //

Translation

വശ്യകർമ്മത്തിൽ ധർമ്മവിദൻ ബിൽവപത്രങ്ങളും പദ്മം (കമലം)ഉം ചേർത്ത് ഹോമം ചെയ്യണം; “സുമിത്രിയാ ന ആപ ഓഷധയഃ” എന്ന മന്ത്രത്തോടെ ആഹുതികൾ അർപ്പിക്കണം.
