परमां सिद्धिमाप्नोति पुनरावृत्तिदुर्लभाम् सूर्यग्रहे सूर्यनाम सदा मन्त्रेषु कीर्तयेत् //

Transliteration

paramāṃ siddhimāpnoti punarāvṛttidurlabhām sūryagrahe sūryanāma sadā mantreṣu kīrtayet //

Translation

അവൻ പരമസിദ്ധി പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു; പുനർജന്മത്തിന്റെ പുനരാവർത്തനത്തിൽ നിന്ന് മോചനം ദുർലഭമാണ്. അതിനാൽ സൂര്യഗ്രഹ സമയത്ത് മന്ത്രങ്ങളിൽ എപ്പോഴും സൂര്യനാമം കീർത്തിക്കണം.
