राजवद्रूपवेषौ ते ब्राह्मीं वाचं बिभर्षि च किंनामा त्वं कुतश्चासि कस्य पुत्रश्च शंस मे //

Transliteration

rājavadrūpaveṣau te brāhmīṃ vācaṃ bibharṣi ca kiṃnāmā tvaṃ kutaścāsi kasya putraśca śaṃsa me //

Translation

നിന്റെ രൂപവും വേഷവും രാജാവിനേതുപോലെ; ബ്രാഹ്മണോചിതമായ ശുദ്ധവാക്കും നീ സംസാരിക്കുന്നു. നിന്റെ പേര് എന്ത്, നീ എവിടെ നിന്നാണ് വന്നത്, ആരുടെ പുത്രൻ—എനിക്കു പറയുക.
