Compassion includes ferocity when protecting the moral order. The Goddess’s ‘terrible form’ is not cruelty but decisive intervention against entrenched violence and predation.
Upākhyāna with demon-lineage reference (a light touch of Vaṃśa via ‘Vaipracitta’), though its main function is prophetic narrative, not systematic genealogy.
The ‘fierce form’ represents the awakened power that cuts through deep-seated habitual patterns. ‘Descent to earth’ signifies bringing higher discernment into embodied life, not keeping spirituality abstract.
