देवी क्रुद्धा गदापातैश्चूर्णयामास चोद्धतम् ।

वाष्कलं भिन्दिपालेन बाणैस्ताम्रं तथान्धकम् ॥

Transliteration

devī kruddhā gadāpātaiś cūrṇayāmāsa coddhatam | vāṣkalaṃ bhindipālena bāṇais tāmraṃ tathāndhakam ||

Translation

ദേവി ക്രോധിച്ച് ഗദാപ്രഹാരങ്ങളാൽ ആ ദർപ്പിതനെ ചതച്ചു. വാഷ്കലനെ ഭിന്ദിപാലംകൊണ്ട് പിളർത്തി, താമ്രനെയും അന്ധകനെയും അമ്പുകളാൽ വീഴ്ത്തി।
