विसृष्टौ सृष्टिरूपा त्वं स्थितिरूपा च पालने ।

तथा संहृतिरूपान्ते जगतोऽस्य जगन्मये ॥

Transliteration

visṛṣṭau sṛṣṭirūpā tvaṁ sthitirūpā ca pālane | tathā saṁhṛtirūpānte jagato 'sya jaganmaye ||

Translation

സൃഷ്ടിക്കാലത്ത് നീ സൃഷ്ടിരൂപിണി; പരിപാലനത്തിൽ നീ സ്ഥിതിരൂപിണി. അതുപോലെ അവസാനം നീ ഈ ലോകത്തിന്റെ പ്രളയരൂപിണി—വിശ്വമയീ ദേവീ.
