Adhyaya 78 — Hymn to Surya and the Distribution of Solar Splendour; Genealogy of Vaivasvata and Chaya’s Line
bhramatyāviddhamakhilaṃ brahmāṇḍaṃ sacarācaram / tvadaṃśubhiridaṃ spṛṣṭaṃ sarvaṃ sañjāyate śuci

Purity is linked with illumination: clarity (light) dispels impurity (physical and moral). The verse supports the idea that aligning with truth and clarity ‘purifies’ life.
Touches Sarga (cosmic structure, brahmāṇḍa) and the ongoing order of the cosmos; presented through devotional cosmology rather than technical enumeration.
‘Rays’ can be read as channels of consciousness (prāṇa/tejas) that, when ‘touching’ the inner world, render it śuci—transparent and fit for insight.
