एतेषान्तु कुमाराणां कन्यानां द्विजसत्तम । अष्टत्रिंशदपत्यानि तेषां नामानि मे शृणु ॥

eteṣāṃ tu kumārāṇāṃ kanyānāṃ dvijasattama | aṣṭatriṃśad apatyāni teṣāṃ nāmāni me śṛṇu ||

ഹേ ദ്വിജശ്രേഷ്ഠാ! ഈ കന്യകൾക്ക് മുപ്പത്തിയെട്ട് ‘സന്തതി’ (ഉദ്ഭവരൂപങ്ങൾ/ഫലങ്ങൾ) ഉണ്ട്. അവരുടെ നാമങ്ങൾ എന്നിൽ നിന്ന് കേൾക്കുക.
