FAQs

Household dharma includes structured giving: offerings are allocated with clarity (naming, intention) rather than through fear or superstition. Proper distribution of ritual portions maintains harmony between humans and liminal beings.

Ritual-dharma instruction; tangential to the five characteristics, functioning as applied ethics within the Purāṇic setting.

Name (nāma) fixes intention and ‘address’ in subtle economy; the bali becomes ‘ūrjita’ when offered with correct sankalpa and closure (anta) of the rite, preventing psychic diffusion.
