Adhyaya 47 — Brahma’s Awakening and the Ninefold Scheme of Creation
अबुद्धिपूर्वकस्तस्मात् प्रादुर्भूतस्तमोमयः ।
तमो मोहो महामोहस्तामिस्त्रो ह्यन्धसंज्ञितः ॥
abuddhipūrvakas tasmāt prādurbhūtas tamomayaḥ /
tamo moho mahāmohas tāmistro hy andhasaṃjñitaḥ
അവനിൽ നിന്ന് പ്രത്യേകമായ ഉദ്ദേശമില്ലാതെ തന്നെ അന്ധകാരമയമായ വികാരം ഉദ്ഭവിച്ചു—തമസ്, മോഹം, മഹാമോഹം, താമിസ്രം, കൂടാതെ അന്ധം (അന്ധത)।
