शशाङ्करश्मिसंयोगाच्छन्द्रकान्तमणिः पयः ।

समुत्सृजति नायुक्तः सोपमा योगिनः स्मृता ॥

Transliteration

śaśāṅkaraśmisaṃyogāc chandrakāntamaṇiḥ payaḥ | samutsṛjati nāyuktaḥ sopamā yoginaḥ smṛtā ||

Translation

ചന്ദ്രകിരണങ്ങളുടെ സ്പർശം ലഭിക്കുമ്പോൾ ചന്ദ്രകാന്തമണി ദ്രവം സ്രവിക്കുന്നു; യഥോചിത സംയോഗമില്ലെങ്കിൽ സ്രവിക്കുകയില്ല. ഇത് യോഗിക്കുള്ള ഉപമയായി സ്മരിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.
