स्वप्नेऽग्निं प्रविशेद्यस्तु न च निष्क्रमते पुनः ।
जलप्रवेशादपि वा तदन्तं तस्य जीवितम् ॥
svapne 'gniṃ praviśed yas tu na ca niṣkramate punaḥ / jalapraveśād api vā tadantaṃ tasya jīvitam
സ്വപ്നത്തിൽ ഒരാൾ അഗ്നിയിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ച് പിന്നെ പുറത്തുവരാതിരുന്നാൽ—അഥവാ അതുപോലെ ജലത്തിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ചാൽ—അത് അവന്റെ ആയുസ്സിന്റെ അന്ത്യം സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
