Adhyaya 41Yogic Conduct and the Discipline Leading to Siddhi

अस्तेयं ब्रह्मचर्यञ्च त्यागो 'लोभस्तथैव च ।

व्रतानि पञ्च भिक्षूणामहिंसापरमाणि वै ॥

asteyaṃ brahmacaryañ ca tyāgo 'lobhas tathaiva ca | vratāni pañca bhikṣūṇām ahiṃsāparamāṇi vai ||

അസ്തേയം, ബ്രഹ്മചര്യം, സന്ന്യാസം, അപരിഗ്രഹം—ഇവ യതികളുടെ അഞ്ചു വ്രതങ്ങൾ; അഹിംസയാണ് അവയുടെ പരമ തത്ത്വം.
