Adhyaya 40The Yogin’s Impediments (Upasargas), Subtle Concentrations, and the Eight Siddhis

यत्रेच्छास्थानमप्युक्तं यत्रकामावसायिता ।

ऐश्वर्यकारणैरेभिर्योगिनः प्रोक्तमष्टधा ॥

yatre cchāsthānam apy uktaṃ yatra kāmāvasāyitā / aiśvaryakāraṇair ebhir yoginaḥ proktam aṣṭadhā

അവൻ എവിടെയെവിടെയാണു ഇച്ഛിക്കുന്നതോ, ആ സ്ഥലം അവനു ലഭ്യമെന്നു പറയുന്നു; അവൻ എവിടെയാണു (ഇച്ഛയെ) നിയോഗിക്കുന്നതോ, അവിടെ ആഗ്രഹം സിദ്ധിയിലേക്കു എത്തുന്നു. ഈ ഐശ്വര്യകാരണങ്ങളാൽ യോഗിയുടെ സിദ്ധികൾ അഷ്ടവിധമെന്നു പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്നു.
