तेषां नाशाय कर्तव्यं योगिनां तन्निबोध मे ।
स्निग्धां यवागूमत्युष्णां भुक्त्वा तत्रैव धारयेत् ॥
teṣāṃ nāśāya kartavyaṃ yogināṃ tan nibodha me / snigdhāṃ yavāgūm aty-uṣṇāṃ bhuktvā tatraiva dhārayet
ആ ദോഷങ്ങളെ നശിപ്പിക്കാൻ യോഗികൾ എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം—എന്നിൽ നിന്ന് അറിയുക: അത്യുഷ്ണവും സ്നിഗ്ധവുമായ യവാഗൂ (കഞ്ഞി) കഴിച്ച് അതിനെ ഉള്ളിൽ തന്നെ നിലനിർത്തണം.
