यस्य चानुदिनं हानिर्गृहे नित्यस्य कर्मणः । यश्च ब्राह्मणसंत्यक्तः किल्विषी स नराधमः ॥

yasya cānudinaṃ hānir gṛhe nityasya karmaṇaḥ / yaś ca brāhmaṇa-santyaktaḥ kilviṣī sa narādhamaḥ

Translation

ആരുടെ വീട്ടിൽ നിത്യകർമ്മങ്ങൾ ദിനംപ്രതി ക്ഷയിക്കുകയോ, ബ്രാഹ്മണർ നിന്ദ്യനെന്നു കരുതി ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നുവോ—ആ പാപി മനുഷ്യരിൽ അധമൻ ആകുന്നു।
