Sanskrit

ततो विवस्वान् भगवान् फुल्लपद्मारुणाकृतिः ।

शैलराजानमुदयमारुरोहो रुमण्डलः ॥

Transliteration

tato vivasvān bhagavān phulla-padma-aruṇākṛtiḥ /

śaila-rājānam udayam āruroha uru-maṇḍalaḥ

Translation

അപ്പോൾ പ്രഭാതത്തിൽ പർവ്വതരാജന്റെ മുകളിൽ, പൂർണ്ണവികസിത പദ്മംപോലെ അരുണവർണ്ണരൂപമുള്ള, വിശാലമണ്ഡലധാരിയായ ഭഗവാൻ വിവസ്വാൻ (സൂര്യൻ) ഉദിച്ചു।
