Adhyaya 15Karmic Retribution: Rebirths After Naraka and the King’s Compassion in Hell

स्वकर्मफलभोक्तॄणां पुण्यानां पापिनां तथा ।

तदेह्यन्यत्र गच्छामो दृष्टं सर्वं त्वयाधुना ।

त्वया दृष्टो हि नरकस्तदेह्यन्यत्र गम्यताम् ॥

svakarmaphalabhoktṝṇāṃ puṇyānāṃ pāpināṃ tathā | tadehy anyatra gacchāmo dṛṣṭaṃ sarvaṃ tvayādhunā | tvayā dṛṣṭo hi narakas tadehy anyatra gamyatām ||

പുണ്യവാനും പാപിയും—ഇരുവരും തങ്ങളുടെ തങ്ങളുടെ കർമ്മഫലത്തിന്റെ ഭോക്താക്കളാണ്. വരിക, നാം മറ്റിടത്തേക്ക് പോകാം; നീ എല്ലാം കണ്ടുകഴിഞ്ഞു. തീർച്ചയായും നീ നരകം കണ്ടു; വരിക, മറ്റൊരു സ്ഥലത്തേക്ക് നീങ്ങാം।
