Violence against the especially vulnerable (women/children) is treated as gravely adharmic. Even comparatively ‘small’ theft like stealing food is still moral harm, since food is life-support; the text assigns a fitting consequence—existence as a fly, living by nuisance and scraps.
Dharma-anuśāsana and karmaphala listing—didactic content supporting social ethics.
Stealing food symbolizes taking prāṇa-support from others; the ‘fly’ form reflects restless craving and impurity. Worm-birth reflects extreme constriction and decay—an outward mirror of inner moral decomposition.
