सूर्येन्दुतारका दृष्टा यैरुच्छिष्टैस्तु कामतः ।

तेषां याम्यैर्नरैर्नेत्रे न्यस्तो वह्निः समेध्यते ॥

sūryendutārakā dṛṣṭā yairucchiṣṭaistu kāmataḥ / teṣāṃ yāmyairnarairnetre nyasto vahniḥ samedhyate

ഉച്ഛിഷ്ടാവസ്ഥയിൽ ഇരുന്ന് ഉദ്ദേശപൂർവ്വം സൂര്യൻ, ചന്ദ്രൻ, നക്ഷത്രങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയെ നോക്കുന്നവർ—അവരുടെ കണ്ണുകളിൽ യമദൂതർ അഗ്നി വെച്ച് അത് ജ്വലിപ്പിക്കുന്നു।
