कालविभाग-निरूपणं तथा युद्धव्यवस्था

जानाति हि मतं तेषामतस्त्रासयतीह नः । अर्जुने चास्य सम्प्रीतिमधिकामुपलक्षये,'ये पाण्डवोंका मत जानते हैं, इसीलिये यहाँ हमें डरा रहे हैं और अर्जुनके प्रति इनका प्रेम अधिक मैं देखता हूँ
jānāti hi mataṁ teṣām atas trāsayatīha naḥ | arjune cāsya samprītim adhikām upalakṣaye ||
അവൻ പാണ്ഡവരുടെ മനസ്സിലെ ഉദ്ദേശം അറിയുന്നു; അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഇവിടെ നമ്മെ ഭയപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത്. അർജുനനോടുള്ള അവന്റെ സ്നേഹം ഞാൻ കൂടുതൽ തന്നെയെന്ന് കാണുന്നു.
