तान्‌ परीप्सस्व राजेन्द्र मा नेशु: पशवस्तव । आओ तच्छृत्वा नृपति: सेनां मत्स्यानां समयोजयत्‌

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca | tān parīpsasva rājendra mā neśuḥ paśavas tava | atha tac chrutvā nṛpatiḥ senāṃ matsyānāṃ samayojayat ||

Translation

“രാജേന്ദ്രാ! അവരെ തിരികെ പിടിക്കുവാൻ—വിടുവിക്കുവാൻ ശ്രമിക്കണം; നിങ്ങളുടെ മൃഗങ്ങൾ നശിക്കാതെയും നിങ്ങളുടെ കൈവശത്തിൽ നിന്ന് വഴുതിപ്പോകാതെയും ഇരിക്കട്ടെ.” ഇതു കേട്ട നൃപതി ഉടൻ മത്‌സ്യദേശത്തിന്റെ സൈന്യത്തെ സമാഹരിച്ചു.
