त्रिगर्त-मात्स्य-संग्रामः
The Trigarta–Matsya Engagement at Twilight
तरस्विनश्छन्नरूपा: सर्वे युद्धविशारदा: । रथान् हेमपरिच्छन्नानास्थाय च महारथा:
tarasvinaś channarūpāḥ sarve yuddhaviśāradāḥ | rathān hemaparicchannān āsthāya ca mahārathāḥ ||
അവർ അതിവേഗശാലികൾ; ഇനിയും തങ്ങളുടെ യഥാർത്ഥ രൂപം മറച്ചുവെച്ചിരുന്നു; എല്ലാവരും യുദ്ധകലയിൽ നിപുണർ. കുരുവംശത്തിന്റെ ശിരോമണികളായ ആ നാല് മഹാരഥന്മാരായ കുന്തീപുത്രർ സ്വർണാഭരണങ്ങളാൽ അലങ്കരിച്ച രഥങ്ങളിൽ കയറി, ഒരുമിച്ച് വേഗത്തിൽ വിരാടന്റെ പിന്നാലെ പുറപ്പെട്ടു।
