विराट: प्रादिशद्‌ यानि तेषामक्लिष्टकर्मणाम्‌ । तान्यामुच्य शरीरेषु दंशितास्ते परंतपा:

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca | virāṭaḥ prādiśad yāni teṣām akliṣṭakarmaṇām | tāny āmucya śarīreṣu daṃśitās te paraṃtapāḥ ||

Translation

വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അതിനുശേഷം രാജാവ് വിരാടൻ ആ അക്ലിഷ്ടകർമ്മന്മാർക്ക് നൽകിയ കവചങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിച്ച്, പരന്തപന്മാരായ അവർ സജ്ജരായി അവ ശരീരത്തിൽ യഥാവിധി ധരിച്ചു.
