Virāṭa-parva Adhyāya 22 — Draupadī’s Abduction Attempt and Bhīma’s Suppression of the Kīcakas
प्रगृह् तरसा दोर्भ्या कण्ठं तस्य वृकोदर: । अपीडयत कृष्णायास्तदा कोपोपशान्तये
pragṛhya tarasā dorbhyā kaṇṭhaṃ tasya vṛkodaraḥ | apīḍayat kṛṣṇāyās tadā kopopaśāntaye ||
അപ്പോൾ വൃക്കോദരൻ വേഗത്തിൽ ഇരുകൈകളാലും അവന്റെ കഴുത്ത് പിടിച്ച് ഞെരിച്ചു; കൃഷ്ണാ (ദ്രൗപദി)യുടെ ഉയർന്നുവരുന്ന കോപം ശമിപ്പാനായിരുന്നു അത്।
