Virāṭa-parva Adhyāya 22 — Draupadī’s Abduction Attempt and Bhīma’s Suppression of the Kīcakas
तलाभ्यां स तु भीमेन वक्षस्यभिहतो बली । कीचको रोषसंतप्त: पदान्न चलित: पदम्
talābhyāṃ sa tu bhīmena vakṣasy abhihato balī | kīcako roṣa-saṃtaptaḥ padān na calitaḥ padam ||
അപ്പോൾ ബലവാനായ ഭീമൻ ഇരുകൈകളുടെ തുറന്ന കരതലങ്ങളാൽ കീചകന്റെ വക്ഷസ്ഥലത്ത് പ്രഹരിച്ചു. അടിയേറ്റ് കീചകൻ ക്രോധത്തിൽ ജ്വലിച്ചു; എങ്കിലും നിന്നിടത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ഒരു പടിയും നീങ്ങിയില്ല.
