Virāṭa-parva Adhyāya 13 — Kīcaka’s Proposition and Draupadī’s Dharmic Refusal
साशड्का धार्तराष्ट्रस्य भयात् पाण्डुसुतास्तदा । प्रेक्षमाणास्तदा कृष्णामूषुश्छन्ना नराधिप,इति श्रीमहाभारते विराटपर्वणि समयपालनपर्वणि जीमूतवधे त्रयोदशो 5ध्याय:
sāśaṅkā dhārtarāṣṭrasya bhayāt pāṇḍusutās tadā | prekṣamāṇās tadā kṛṣṇām ūṣuś channā narādhipa ||
അപ്പോൾ ധൃതരാഷ്ട്രപുത്രനെ ഭയന്ന് ശങ്കയോടെ പാണ്ഡുപുത്രർ മറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു; ഹേ നരാധിപ, അവർ കൃഷ്ണയെ (ദ്രൗപദി) നിരന്തരം ശ്രദ്ധിച്ച് കാവലോടെ നോക്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.
