स तत्र कुण्डिने रम्ये वसमानो महीपतिः: । न च किंचित्‌ तदापश्यत्‌ प्रेक्षमाणो मुहुर्मुहुः । स तु राज्ञा समागम्य विदर्भपतिना तदा

Transliteration

sa tatra kuṇḍine ramye vasamāno mahīpatiḥ | na ca kiñcit tadāpaśyat prekṣamāṇo muhur muhuḥ || sa tu rājñā samāgamya vidarbhapatinā tadā ||

Translation

രമ്യമായ കുണ്ഡിന നഗരത്തിൽ വസിച്ചിരുന്ന ആ രാജാവ് വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും നോക്കിയെങ്കിലും അപ്പോൾ ഒന്നും കാണാനായില്ല. പിന്നെ അവൻ അന്നേ സമയം വിദർഭാധിപനായ രാജാവിനെ കണ്ടുമുട്ടി, അതനുസരിച്ച് മുന്നോട്ടുപോയി.
