कलेर्द्वापरस्य च नले प्रति कोपः

प्रवेक्ष्यसीति तं शक्र: पुनरेवाभ्यभाषत । जगाम स ततथेत्युक्त्वा दमयन्त्या निवेशनम्,तब इन्द्रने पुनः उत्तर दिया--'तुम वहाँ प्रवेश कर सकोगे।” तत्पश्चात् राजा नल 'तथास्तु” कहकर दमयन्तीके महलमें गये
pravekṣyasīti taṃ śakraḥ punar evābhyabhāṣata | jagāma sa tathā ity uktvā damayantyā niveśanam ||
അപ്പോൾ ശക്രൻ (ഇന്ദ്രൻ) അവനോട് വീണ്ടും പറഞ്ഞു—“നിനക്ക് പ്രവേശിക്കാം.” അത് കേട്ട് രാജാവ് നളൻ “തഥാസ്തു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞ് ദമയന്തിയുടെ വസതിയിലേക്കു പോയി.
