यद्‌ वः संकल्पितं रूपं मनसा यस्य यादृशम्‌ | तादृशं तादृशं सर्वे छन्‍्दतो धारयिष्यथ,“तथा तुममेंसे जो-जो मनसे जैसा संकल्प करेगा, वह इच्छानुसार वैसा-वैसा ही रूप धारण कर सकेगा

yad vaḥ saṅkalpitaṃ rūpaṃ manasā yasya yādṛśam | tādṛśaṃ tādṛśaṃ sarve chandato dhārayiṣyatha ||

വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു— “നിങ്ങളിൽ ഓരോരുത്തനും മനസ്സിൽ ഏതു രൂപം എങ്ങനെയോ സങ്കൽപ്പിക്കുന്നുവോ, ഇഷ്ടാനുസാരം അതേ അതേ രൂപം തന്നെ ധരിക്കാൻ കഴിയും.”
