युधिष्ठिर बोले--यज्ञसेनकुमारी! तुमने जो बात कही है
Yudhiṣṭhira uvāca—Yajñasenakumārī! tvayā yā kathitā vārtā śravaṇe mahāmanoharā, vicitra-padāvalī-śobhitā ca atiśayena sundarī; mayā sā mahādhāraṇayā śrutā. kintu etasmin kāle tvaṃ (ajñānāt) nāstika-matasya pratipādanaṃ karosi.
യുധിഷ്ഠിരൻ പറഞ്ഞു—യജ്ഞസേനകുമാരീ! നീ പറഞ്ഞത് കേൾക്കാൻ മനോഹരം, വിചിത്ര പദപ്രയോഗങ്ങളാൽ അലങ്കൃതവും അത്യന്തം സുന്ദരവും ആകുന്നു. ഞാൻ അതിനെ ഏകാഗ്രചിത്തത്തോടെ കേട്ടു; എന്നാൽ ഈ സമയത്ത് നീ അജ്ഞാനവശാൽ നാസ്തികമതം പ്രതിപാദിക്കുന്നു.
