ध्यायत: कि न मन्युस्ते प्राप्ते काले विवर्धते । भीमसेनं हि कर्माणि स्वयं कुर्वाणमच्युतम्
dhyāyataḥ kiṁ na manyus te prāpte kāle vivardhate | bhīmasenaṁ hi karmāṇi svayaṁ kurvāṇam acyutam ||
വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—നിർണ്ണായക കാലം എത്തിയിരിക്കെ, നിങ്ങൾ ധ്യാനിച്ചിരിക്കുമ്പോഴും നിങ്ങളുടെ കോപം എന്തുകൊണ്ട് വർധിക്കുന്നില്ല—ഭീമസേനൻ സ്വയം കർമ്മങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യുന്നതും, അച്യുതൻ (കൃഷ്ണൻ) പോലും സ്വയം പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നതും കണ്ടിട്ടും?
