सम्मानिता यास्यथ तैर्यथेष्टे विमुच्य वाहानवरोहयध्वम्‌ । प्रियातिथिर्धर्मसुतो महात्मा प्रीतो भविष्यत्यभिवीक्ष्य युष्मान्‌,“अब तुमलोग अपनी सवारियोंसे उतरो और घोड़ोंको खोलकर विश्राम करो। मेरे पतियोंका आदर-सत्कार ग्रहण करके अपने अभीष्ट देशको जाना। महात्मा धर्मपुत्र युधिष्ठिर अतिथियोंके बड़े प्रेमी हैं। वे तुमलोगोंको देखकर बहुत प्रसन्न होंगे”

samānītā yāsyatha tair yathā-iṣṭe vimucya vāhān avarohayadhvam | priyātithir dharmasuto mahātmā prīto bhaviṣyaty abhivīkṣya yuṣmān ||

വൈശമ്പായനൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അവർ നിങ്ങളെ യഥോചിതമായി ആദരിച്ച ശേഷം നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള ലക്ഷ്യത്തിലേക്ക് പോകാം. ഇപ്പോൾ വാഹനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് ഇറങ്ങി, കുതിരകളെ അഴിച്ച് വിശ്രമിക്കൂ. ധർമ്മപുത്രനായ മഹാത്മാ യുധിഷ്ഠിരൻ അതിഥിപ്രിയൻ; നിങ്ങളെ കണ്ടാൽ അവൻ തീർച്ചയായും സന്തോഷിക്കും.
