Report of Draupadī’s Abduction and the Pāṇḍavas’ Pursuit
व्याभाषमाणाश्षान्योन्यं न मे जीवन् विमोक्ष्यसे । सर्वे शस्त्रास्त्रमोक्षेण पौरुषे समवस्थिता:
vyābhāṣamāṇāś cānyonyaṃ na me jīvan vimokṣyase | sarve śastrāstramokṣeṇa pauruṣe samavasthitāḥ ||
അവർ പരസ്പരം വിളിച്ചുകൂവിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കെ അവൻ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു—“നീ എന്റെ കൈയിൽ നിന്ന് ജീവനോടെ രക്ഷപ്പെടുകയില്ല.” ആ പ്രതിജ്ഞയോടെ എല്ലാവരും പുരുഷോചിത ദൃഢനിശ്ചയത്തിൽ ഉറച്ചു നിന്നു, ശസ്ത്രാസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ പ്രയോഗിക്കാൻ സന്നദ്ധരായി.
